Acquisition/Feasibility

The majority of builders don’t offer an important service that’s required to start any project, finding a parcel to build on. We use our vast network of local real estate professionals and community members to help you find the perfect lot.  Finding a piece of land is unfortunately just half the battle because you need to be sure that your vision can now come to fruition on that property. Maxim Building Group will provide you with consultants and/or land engineers to determine the feasibility of your ideas. They will guide you through items such as zoning restrictions, potential soil impacts, critical area management plans and much more. Completing due diligence ahead of time by using our network of realtors and engineers can save you money before the shovel even hits the ground. 

 Architecture

We have built and continue to build a strong network of local architects and designers. Your home is a reflection of you and your family. This statement puts into perspective the importance of finding an architect who truly understands your style and meshes with your personality. Our job is to put a variety of options in front of you to ensure the right person will be designing your home. We work hand in hand with the architects throughout the entire process to make certain that we deliver on your vision. 

Specifications & Budget

Once the permit set of drawings are complete we collaborate with owner and architect to discuss various specs. This phase contains all the details and selections. We then reach out to our sub-contractors, in-house trades, and vendors to formulate a budget within the parameters you set. Reviewing all the little details on the front end of the build allows for changes to be made prior to installation rather than re-doing work in the field. This helps keep both schedule and expenses on track so your expectations are met. 

Construction/ Close Out

Maxim Building Group is a boutique, full service firm. This means clients who work with us receive turn-key treatment.  We handle all facets of your build from permitting, finances, placing orders, and much more. We have solutions ready as issues arise that are in the best interest of everyone involved.

At the end of the build a final “walk through” is conducted with the homeowner to inspect their new home. Any minor items will be added to a punch-list and taken care of prior to move-in. All clients will be given a binder that contains items such as copies of draw requests, bond information, manuals, and photos of various stages of your build.  We are confident that our process of balancing new age technology with proven old-world tradition will provide a stress free experience.
